    The information that you provide is collected by our parent company, Carlson Restaurants Worldwide Inc. ("CRW"). We are a wholly owned subsidiary of CRW. CRW's major shareholder is Carlson Hospitality Group, Inc., itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Carlson Companies, Inc. which is the parent corporation of a diversified, world-wide group of service corporations operating primarily in the business of hospitality, travel, e-commerce and relationship marketing.     Ownership of any information you provide us will be held by CRW alone. We will not sell ownership of this data to any other company or organization.

  5. How The Information Is Used

    We use the information that we collect to understand your preferences and history. With this information we can tailor our services and special offerings to provide superior levels of convenience and service on a one-to-one basis. We also use the collected information to improve the design of our Web pages. If you collect Gold Points by using our brands, processing information will be sent to Gold Points, so that they can keep track of your transactions and properly credit your account.

    We will not transfer information to competitors. Information about your preferences is only used to help us understand the products and services that might be attractive to you. Based on information you provide us, combinations of travel, hospitality and restaurants might be something that would interest you but the information will always be held by the one Company to which it was given.

    Depending on whether you voluntarily sign up for the Gold Points Program, you may be contacted by our Gold Points marketing partners, but only by ones that have given you Gold Points.
