Managers tend to burst into our family. You are both loose and in control. Can hangout
with the team, but you get down to business when business calls. You lead. You set
an example. There is always a place for fun here. You manage it.
So what's the process? Well you start in training. You train for 10 weeks. That's
the 50 fastest days you'll ever experience. Time flies when it's fun. And bam! You're
a Restaurant Manager.
Throughout the U.S. we look for Managers, Kitchen Managers, Assistant General Managers
and General Managers who can measure up to our strict qualifications of being a
good person who's a blast to be around.
